Shenzhen Shenzhen social construction”scenic forest engineering¨innovative research Author：Zhen HU Tutor：RuiTian Zhong／Li Zhang Major：Master of Public Administration Specialty：Public utilities and urban management Grade：2013 Abstract As China’S first Special Economic Zone，Shenzhen has made remarkable achievements in economic construction．With the rapid development of economy，all kinds of social problems fully exposed at the time．A large number of floating populations rushed into Shenzhen and has made it the nation’S largest immigrant city．It create great value， while also bring heavy pressure to the community public services and community govemance．All kinds of social problems superimposed on another，and it erupted． As the national comprehensive reform pilot area,Shenzhen has realized the strategic significance of social construction and held the city social construction conferences in 20 1 0， researching and deploying the social construction program in new period．The conference set up’’five concepts’：”social construction and economic development equally important”，”social construction is the important content of scientific development”，”social development is an important foundation of the city development”，”social innovation is an important category of innovative city construction”and”harmonious society sharing”． Social construction”scenic forest proj ect”is the representative innovation in social construction aspect． This paper research on the topic of shenzhen social construction”scenic forest engineering”innovation，firstly defines the related concepts of society construction”scenic forest engineering”，and analyzes the implementation background．Then the paper mainly discusses the”miniascape”project innovation，mechanism innovation，the community govemance booster innovation，finally research on the existing problems in the practice and the path to promote”scenic forest engineering and modem community governance． This paper consists of the following sections：the fi
