Among them, stamping is a kind of advanced low, no cutting processing method, which has high productivity, low cost, and stable product size. The paper describes the pentagram piece, first of all, according to the product production requirements and material properties and utilization of determine the mold design direction, USES a single process model, ensure the accuracy of product requirements. Again according to the requirement of product material and size precision of blanking force calculation, determine the positioning way, layout, design and calculation, punch, concave die design of the plate and assembly. Convex and concave die design in the paper is particularly important, the product material is stainless steel material thickness is 1.5 mm, of convex and concave die material selection and so on to fully consider the mold usability.
