江苏大学MBA学位论文AB 江苏大学MBA学位论文 AB STRACT With the establishment and improvement of Chinese market economic Stnlc慨, marketing has experienced a period of rapid development and most of its theories have been put into practice.China’S entry into the m,which indicates that China has taken a very firm step towards being involved global economic wave,makes the competitions that Chinese enterprises confront become more and more fierce.DAQO GROUP(which Was called Jiangsu Changjiang Electric Group),founded in 1965,is one of the largest national enterprise groups.It is in the line of electric industry,and also covers the fields of environmental protection,track traffic,new materials,hotels and SO on.How according to the customers’characteristics of the industry of control devices of electrical switches,taking competition environment of industry into consideration,to overcome its own weak points and the problems in marketing aspect on the premise of a profound analysis of its competitors.So it is necessary for the enterprise itself to improve the performance and efficiency of marketing by reinforcing the internal management of marketing and deepening the reform of the mode of marketing.Therefore,researching DAQ0 GROUP’S mode of marketing, analyzing its existing problems and deficiencies and putting forward innovative mode of marketing in the new period are tremendously significant for further development of DAQO GROUP both in theory and in practice.Meanwhile these also represent a useful effort and portability for enterprises of its kind and relevant industries in innovation of marketing modes.
