ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In the final analysis the competition between enterprises is talents’ competition.In ordering to attracting more outstanding and more excellent human talents,salary has played a very positive role.So,one of the kernel questions in labor market and management of human resources is salary. Instancing an‘H’corporation in WLrXI city,this thesis sets forth systematically triple respects.One iS the status and function of salary system in the enterprises.The second is the status of salary system design in our countyr.And the last is the basic principle and basic theory in designing of salary.Through sorting out and summing up larges number of material and dates,the thesis analyses the current state of salary system in an‘H’corporation in WUXI city and emPloyees’degree of satisfaction to salary system as well as the existing major problems in ‘H’corporation’S salary system.Using modem scientific theory and method in designing salary,I have systemically and perfectly carded the ‘K corporation’S salary system.Thus I have put ofwrard a set of plan in designing salary system based on post value all dthey are very practical.
