高中德育主题班会的组织策略研究摘 高中德育主题班会的组织策略研究 摘 要 本研究主要是对高中德育主题班会的组织策略进行研究，立足文献研究的基 础，运用问卷调查和数据统计的方法，对高中德育主题班会组织情况进行了分析， 以参加过德育主题班会的学生和教师等人为调查对象，运用问卷调查等方法对德 育主题班会组织现状及存在问题进行了分析，并且就此对于提高高中德育主题班 会组织效率的对策和实施过程进行了研究。 对调查结果进行归纳发现：关于学生对每一次德育主题班会的组织目的的了 解程度，有45％的学生回答了一般，而认为教师对于班会组织目的非常清晰的有 34％；大多数教师在班会课课前准备都没有准备很充分的习惯，大约占了所有被 调查教师中的38％。在调查中发现德育主题班会开展的频度一般从都是每周一 次，或是每半个月一次，在班会开展的时间中大部分是下午第三四节课和晚自修 前。德育主题班会组织内容和形式的调查结果显示，主要是听讲式为主，观摩式、 小组讨论式居于其次。而学生对于目前主题班会情况开展很满意的并不多，大约 只有20％，而比较满意的也相对较少，选择不满意的达到30％多，非常不满的也 超过25％。目前存在的比较突出的问题在于：开展的频度不够，缺乏计划性；教 师组织不力，且不注重评价；班会主题形式和内容单一；学生参与班会活动的热 情不高等，而其成因是社会学校，教师和学生各种原因所综合造成的。所应该采 取的组织策略为：补充班会实施反馈机制、完善班会主题形式和内容、协调学校 德育工作部署以及提升教师认识和学生热情。并且在实施过程中，对于各个阶段 的实施策略进行具体的规划。 希望本研究对改进和完善目前我国高中德育主题班会组织情况能够起到一 定的参考和借鉴作用。 关键词：高中；德育主题班会；组织策略；研究 万方数据 AB AB STRACT The puepose of this paper is Organizational strategy research of high—school moral education theme class meeting．Based on the literature study,TO use the method of questionnaire and data statistics，analyzed the implementation of high school moral education，with the students and teachers who participated the moral education class meetings to the subject，using the method of questionnaire survey to analyse the present situation and existing problems of moral education subject class meeting，and summarized some countermeasures and attention． Summarized the survey found that：students of every moral theme party organization purpose understand degree，45％of the students answered，and think the teacher the class meeting purpose is very clear about 34％；Most teachers are not very well prepared before the class meeting KeKe habits，accounts for about 3 8％of all teachers were investigated．Carried out in the survey found that the moral education subj ect class meeting frequency from are commonly once a week，or once every half a month，most of the time in class is the third four classes in the afternoon and evening self-study before．Moral education content and form of theme party organization survey,mainly listening type is give
