摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract “Teachers’student·originated job burnout”was brou曲t forward on the basis of the concepts“teache卜or蜮nated psychological obstacle”and“student—originated grievance”.This research constructed teachers’student-originated job burnout in the medium vocational schools based on the studies of teachers’job burnout.It developed the 1 scales of teachers’student-originated job burnout(teachers’extracurricular y◆ student-originated job burnout and teachers’classroom student·originated job burnout) and explored the relationships of teachers’student-originated job burnout and relative variables. Studyl:373 teachers from medium vocational schools in Fuzhou were investigated to program the questionaires(teachers’extracurricular student·originated job burnout and teachers’classroom student-originated job burnout)by ourselves.The study revealed that:according to the literature and exploratory factor analysis of the preliminary questionnaire,the structure of teachers’extracurricular student—originated job burnout contained three dimensions,namly,extracurricular student·originated emotional exhaustion, extracurricular student-originated diminished personal accomplishment, and extracurricular student·originated depersonalization(total 14 items).The structure of teachers’classroom student-originated job burnout contained three dimensions,too, namly,classroom student-originated diminished personal accomplishment,classroom student·originated emotional exhaustion, and calssroom student-originated depe塔onalization(total 12 items).The scales were proved tO be reliable and valid by reliabil ity and validity analysis. ^iil●●J Study 2 investigated 3 15 teachers from medium vocational schools in Fuzhou adopting the approach of the random sample and using the questionaire of medium vocational teachers’student-originated job burnout which programmed in study 1.The studies aimed to analyse the actuality of medium vocational teachers’student-originated job burnout in Fu
