高职教育发展定位的研究 高职教育发展定位的研究 作者：李红(马克思主义理论与思想政治教育) 指导教师：刘华东研究员 捅要 20多年来我国高职教育取得了公认的成就，但是，高职教育在快速发 展过程中也存在着诸多问题，需要我们加以研究、解决。高职教育定位缺 乏科学性是我国高职教育二十多年的发展中出现的重大问题，也是制约和 影响其今后发展的根本问题。在市场经济环境下，以科学定位服务社会， 满足社会的各种需求，是高职教育为社会所接纳，提高社会影响力的重要 途径。本文分析了我国高职教育近年来急速发展后所面临的形势，借鉴发 达国家和地区高职教育的办学经验，在宏观上从我国高职教育办学体系中 各类高职院校的定位情况着手分析，揭示高职教育发展科学定位问题。并 明确提出我国高职教育发展要科学定位，建立完善的高职教育体系是离职 教育发展科学定位的基础：在微观上具体探讨了高职教育发展过程中从办 学理念、人才培养目标、服务方向、能力培养、专业设置、师资培养和教 学模式七个方面的具体定位情况，并提出了可行性的措施和方法；存政策 和策略上，依据高职教育发展需要更大空间和更多的政策支持的事实，提 出了对高职教育发展科学定位起保障作用的政策和策略上的建议：加大政 府扶持导向作用、深化招生制度改革、建立科学的评价体系和职业资格证 书准入制度等。 关键词：科学定位、高职教育、市场导向 Research Research oil the Orientation of the Higher Vocational Education Development 山皿研：Ij}iongm纽娃m皿啪ryardIdeologicalandPoliticalEducation) Dissertation Supervisor：Researcher Liu Hua．dong Abstract It is generally recognized that great achievements have been made in the development of the Higher Vocational Education(HVE)in our country during the past twenty years．However,there exist many problems which need to be studied and solved in the course of its rapid development．Lack of scientific orientation in the HVE has become a major and essential problem which also restricts and influences its further development．Under the circumstances of the market econom y’to serve and meet the difierent requirements of the society with a scientific orientation is an important means which allows HVE to be admitted by the society and improve its socialinfluence． This PaDer analyzes the realities which the HVE of our country faces after these years’rapid development by making use of the experiences of HVE in the developed countries and regions and reveals the problem of scient{tic orientation on the HVE development from a macro point of view to the situations of different kinds of vocational colleges in a running system of the HVE．It also points out that there should be a scientific orientation on the development of the HVE of our country and to establish a perfect HVE system is the basis for a scientific orient
