ABSTRACTGuofu ABSTRACT Guofu Chen，bom on 27m October 1 892 in Huzhou，Zhej iang，a considerably legendary and important character in the history of Republic of China，we，now,referred to‘‘godfather of Nationalist party’’ (Kuomintang or rdvrr)．Rather than only being a revolutionist in Old Democratic Revolution and the right politician in Kuomintang，he also contributed massively to Communication Studies．During his revolution process，he organized and participated in maj ority communication practices，which can be divided into mainly three aspects： First，Books and periodicals，Since Guofu was a kid，he always submitted his writings to newspaper．He established“Li Yan，“Bi Lang， and“Xin Sheng Ming’’and many other publications，by the influence of his Uncle，Qimei Chen，and the social environment at that time．As a dignitary within Party,Guofu wrote the“Party Notice”，valued as“KMT Inner Bible．After he joined Nationalist Party,the main duty is to manage the press activity．Second，Radio，KMT Central Radio，established by Guofu，known as“Nationalist Party broadcasting industry”．The industry achieved a huge development under his management and assist．Third， Film，Guofu considered film industry as the agent of communication for spreading various activities．He drafted many screenplays and some of them had been filmed． From the above four communication activities，Guofu showed his personal view of communication．From media properties，Guofu considered media as a tool of propaganda，disseminating the Party massively and control the public opinion．From perspective of 万方数据 communication communication function，he think the public media has the function of propaganda，education and cultural heritage．Last but not the least，the essay will analyze in perspective of talented person．Guofu mentioned the social need is to pay attention on personal experience，interview technics， improving the desire for knowledge and knowledge of literacy,also pointed out that it’S important to enhance exercise and emphasize
