摘 摘 要 我国的电动汽车主要是以国家电网为重点主导，并且在国家的作用下，统一 了规划，严格规定了标准，在建设方面也进行了一定的统一，所以电动汽车充换 电站具有一定的体制上的优势。在这个制度之下，电动汽车的发展因为电池为载 体来传输所需要的能量，为其带来了全新的变革。通过这些变化独立我国汽车行 业的思维，减少对国外的效仿，从而建立起在全球范围内都领先的商业经营模式。 与此同时也带来了新兴产业与环保产业的发展，为国家电网树立节能以及绿色低 碳的形象献力。 文章对充电汽车充电站点的建设进行了研究，深入分析了关于电动汽车的充 电站、换电需求、配送站服务半径等方面的具体要求，确定其建设规模及充电机 与电池的配比关系。 随后分析了充电汽车充电桩的设计充电策略。分析了单向有序、无序、双向 有序三种充电方式，以及常规充电、机械充电、快充三种充电策略，并分析了他 们对电网的影响。 最后考虑充电汽车租赁这项服务队市场开放后相关计费策略，成本计算，以 及利润计算进行详细分析。 关键词：电动汽车；充换电站；服务网络 万方数据 华北电力大学硕士学位论文Ab 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 Ab stract To the national grid dominated electric vehicle in power plant，the unifi ed planning，unified standard，unified construction the system of obvious advantages．In which iS dominated by the state grid．transport energy in the form of standard eell as the carrier,will bring new changes to the electric car production use．Thus can completely change our country track in the traditional auto industry to imitate the practice of foreign standards，build the world‘s leading new electric car energy supply business model，and at the same time to drive the development of modem lcIgisties industry,service industry such as low carbon industry chain，sets a national power 荫d in the new images of new energy,energy conservation and emissions reduction． The electric vehicle charging station construction iS studied，the request service of electric vehicle charging station，demand for electricity,station distribution service radius and specific requirements is analyzed in depth，then insuring the matching relationship between the construction scale and charger and battery． Then the charging strategy of electric vehicle charging pile is analyzed． Including one-way order,one-way disorder,bustophedon order three charging methods，as well as three kinds of charging methods，conventional charging， mechanical charging and fast charging，are analyzed． Finally,considering the charging strategy，cost calculation，and profit calculation ofthe service team after the charging car rental market iS analyzed in detail． Keywor
