湖南师范大学 硕士学位论文 大学英语四六级考试改革的得与失及对策研究 姓名：周敏 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：高等教育学 指导教师：郭娅玲 201110 摘 摘 要 大学英语四、六级考试作为大学公共英语教学评价的重要手段， 使用广泛、影响深刻、得失兼具。本研究首先从大学英语四六级考试 的创建背景入手，分析了24年以来，大学英语四六级考试的改革措 施，总结归纳了大学英语四六级考试改革后所取得的成就主要有：大 学英语四六级考试改革后对大学生学习英语产生了积极影响；改革后 的大学英语四六级考试对大学英语教学和教学评价产生了积极影响； 改革后的大学英语四六级考试对社会和用人单位产生了积极影响；大 学英语四六级考试改革的一些措施和手段在一定范围内对考试舞弊 行为的遏制也产生了一些积极的效果。 但是，目前大学英语四六级考试改革后还有一些问题没能解决： 大学英语四六级考试其性质定位仍模糊不清，不能有效落实教学要 求；大学英语四六级考试的社会关注度未能降低，副作用仍然很大； 大学英语四六级考试口语测试仍未普及，对大学英语口语教学推动作 用和积极的教学反拨效应不明显。 本研究认为要使大学英语四六级考试更完善，能更好地落实《大 学英语课程教学要求》的内容，使英语考试变革符合考试发展规律， 促进高校英语教学考试评价制度的科学化与合理化，更有效推动大学 英语教学的发展，大学英语四六级考试还需要进一步从以下几个方面 深化改革：明确大学英语四六级考试的性质；从政策导向上强化大学 英语四六级考试为教学服务的理念；作为学业考试的大学英语四六级 考试其自主权应下放至高校；加快大学英语13语普考的推进力度；推 考试其自主权应下放至高校；加快大学英语13语普考的推进力度；推 行网络化组考模式。 关键词：大学英语教学：大学英语四六级考试；大学英语考试改革 Ⅱ ABSTRACTAs ABSTRACT As an important evaluation measure for university publ ic English teaching，CET4／6(Abbreviation of College English Test Band 4／6)has been widely applicated and has influenced a lot of people broadly，though i t receives remarks both pos i t ively and negatively．In order to make a comprehensive evaluation for CET4／6，this study starts with the founding background of CET4／6，then it analyzes al l the reform measures which had been taken in the past 24 years，final ly it conc ludes the main achievements of these measures：firstly，its positive effect on the Engl ish study of university students：secondly，its positive effect on college English teaching and teaching evaluation：thirdly，its positive effect on society and the employing unit．And fourthly，to some extent，many measures and methods of CET4／6 has brought out some positive effect on avoiding exam cheating． On the other hand，there are still some problems to be solved in the future：first，the nature and positioning of CET4／6 i s st i l l vague，SO that teachers cannot impl ement the teaching requirement effectively．Second，CET4／6 receives a much hi gher degree of soc i al concern than i t ought to be，SO III it it has a huge side effect：L
