VC和VE对钼暴露雌鼠生殖功能损伤保护作用的分析.pdf

摘要 (VE group), Mo+VC+VE+Oil (VC+VE group). Molybdenum exposures through drinking water in 14 days, concentrations were 40μg/mL, with vitamin C and/or vitamin E treatment for 7 days. Mouse MII oocytes and ovaries were collected, the morphology of them observed, records related to ovarian parameters analyzed and the biochemical indicator of ovary detected, for the assessment o f therapeutic effect of vitamin C, E. Result :1. Mo’s effect to mouse preimplantation embryo development in vitro: when the molybdenum concentration ≤10μg/mL, molybdenum did not significantly affect the quality of the embryos. The addition of ≤ 20 μg/mL molybdenum did not affect the blastocyst and birth rates. Molybdenum at doses of 40 μg/mL and higher significantly decreased the cleavage, blastocyst and birth rates, the average cell number, and significantly increased the proportion of degenerative blastocysts. 2. Molybdenum influence on ovarian function in mice : Compared to control, the MII oocyte morphology, ovary index, ovulation were improved by Mo at 5μg/mL, but were negatively affected by Mo at 40 μg/mL. When the molybdenum concentration ≥20μg/mL, ovarian oocytes and granulosa cells, mitochondria had a certain degree of damage. Oocyte cytoplasm containing a relatively small number of cells, as well as smaller, abnormal morphology, mitochondrial swelling and deformation ridge. All these alterations were accompanied with the changes in SOD, GPx and MDA levels in ovaries. 3. Distribution of meta
