摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 近年来，自由作为一个常用的语汇，广泛进入了学术研究的视野。教育自由问题 也已经成为教育研究的重要课题。然而，“主体性教育”、“儿童中心’’、“以学生为主 体等渗透自由精神的口号并未在教育实践界真正得到落实。本文从现实教育中儿童 自由异化的大背景出发，从现实和理想两个层面指出实现儿童自由的路径。 本文主体共分三个部分。第一部分是对自由及儿童自由内涵的解析。自由是人 的类本性，儿童首先是作为人的存在，虽然他们是未成熟的、理性能力和责任能力尚 有欠缺的特殊群体，但在教育活动中既是教育的主体，又是权利的主体，因而儿童拥 有自由是理所当然的。儿童自由是人类自由精神在教育领域的体现，是指儿童(主要 指未成年人)在教育中免受他人(学校或教师)不合理强制，能够在一定范围内按自 己的意愿和计划去自主行事从而促使儿童个性得到和谐发展和积极的自我实现。第二 部分主要是从现实的层面探讨儿童自由在教育中的实现。首先指出儿童自由缺失与泛 滥的现状；继而从理论上论证儿童自由的限度，主张学校要把握好几章自由的“度”； 最后从具体的操作层面提出学校教育中实现儿童自由的有效的实施途径。这些途径包 括树立儿童主体的内在自由理念，教师权威与儿童自由的和谐共生以及完善制度。第 三部分指出儿童自由的实现不仅仅停留在现实层面，儿童要不断追寻自由的精神境 界，向着终极的自由境界不断靠近。自由精神从本质上讲是一种游戏精神、理性精神 和创新精神。儿童理性的压抑与隐退、游戏性的失落、创造性人格的丧失表明了自由 精神在现实教育中的缺失。本文最后指出教育在培养儿童自由精神方面应该有所作 为，并有针对性地提出了具体措施，包括创设自由宽松的教育情境，追求具有开放性 与理性化的教育过程以及教育内容要回归儿童的生活体验世界。 关键词：儿童，自由，实现 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract In recent years，freedom，嬲a common word，enter the acadamic reasearch field．In the educational field，a large number of researches are focusing m西r attention on the issue of the educational freedom．However,few measures embodied freedom spirit have been taken in the practice of education,such弱‘‘subject education’，“children-center education’ and“students as the subject education’and SO on．Based on the background of the alienation of children freedom，this paper studies how to fulfill the freedom of children in the realistic level and ideal level． This paper includes three parts：the first part analysises the freedom and the freedom of children．Freedom is the nature of people．Children,弱an existing human,ale not only the subject of the education,but also the subject of the right，even though mey are immature，lack of enough ability and responsibility,SO children certainly own freedom． The freedom of children is to embody the freedom spirit of human in educational field．It means children(mainly the immature)Can be free from others’(school or teacher)unfair restriction,can do something and plan to do something all by themselves in some range， this will enforce the harmonious development of ch
