妇科内分泌失调的临床治疗效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探析妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗方法及效果。方法 方便选取该院妇科门诊在XX年1月―XX年9月期间接受的98例内分泌失调患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各为49例，对照组采取雌孕激序贯疗法治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合枸橼酸氯米酚胶囊、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗，比较两组治疗后的FSH、E2水平变化情况，治疗效果等。 结果 两组治疗前 FSH、E2水平比较差异无统计学意义，经过治疗后，两组 FSH、E2水平与治疗前比较均升高，差异有统计学意义，且研究组FSH水平IU/L、E2水平pmol/L显著高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义；研究组临床总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。两组均没有显著的不良反应发生。结论 采取雌孕激序贯疗法联合枸橼酸氯米酚胶囊、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗妇科内分泌失调患者效果明确，改善并提高患者FSH、E2水平，安全性好，值得临床推广。　　[关键词] 妇科；内分泌失调；治疗方法；效果　　[中图分类号] R45 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674--0033-03　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical treatment method and effect of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods 98 patients with endocrine disorders who underwent gynecological outpatients in this hospital from January XX to September XX were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with female and progestin sequential therapy， and the study group on the basis of the control group added citric acid citrate capsules， chorionic gonadotropin treatment. The levels of FSH ， E2 and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in FSH and E2 levels between the two groups before treatment . After treatment， the levels of FSH and E2 were higher than those before treatment， and the difference was significant， and the FSH level in the study group was IU/L， E2 level was pmol/L， significantly higher than the control group， the difference was significant； The total effective rate was % in the study group， and that in the control group was %， with significant difference. There were no significant adverse events in both groups. Conclusion The combination of progestin and sequential therapy and clomiphene citrate and chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders is effective， which can improve the level of FSH and E2， and it is safe and worthy to be popularized.　　[Key words] Gynecology； Endocrine diso
