中文摘要作为一种新的高等教育组织形式，中国多校区大学主要是在政府的推动下形 中文摘要 作为一种新的高等教育组织形式，中国多校区大学主要是在政府的推动下形 成的。按照校区来源不同，可分为三种类型：合并型多校区大学、拓展型多校区 大学和混合型多校区大学。多校区大学的出现固然是实现高等教育大发展的良 方，既满足了广大人民群众强烈的求学愿望，又促进了社会、经济、科技的发展； 但给高校的管理带来了一系列重大理论与实践问题，如何解决这些问题直接关系 到多校区大学的巩固和发展。 本文参考与借鉴了国内外多校区高校管理研究的成果，通过调查研究和文献 查阅，首先回顾中国多校区大学的形成背景，归纳了它的形成方式，分析它的办 学优势、总结了它的组织与管理现状。然后提出多校区大学管理中面临的主要问 题(管理模式、资源配置等)，并分析影响多校区大学管理的因素。最后总结多 校区大学管理应遵循的原则，提出改善多校区大学管理的对策建议。 中国多校区大学管理研究是近几年刚刚出现的新研究课题，此项课题任重而 道远。 关键词：多校区大学 管理模式校区 教育资源 Abstra Abstra ct As a new organization pattem of higher education，the multi—campus universities in China are formed under governments impetus．According to different sources，the multi．campus universities can be divided into three types，which are respectively joint multi．campus，extended multi—campus and mixed multi-campus．Without dispute，the emergence of multi-campus universities is a good way to achieve the great development of higher education by satisfying the strong desire for the people to study as well as promoting the development of society’economy and technology．On the other hand，it brings a series of significant theoretical and practical problems in the management of universities，and how to solve these problems directly relates to the consolidation and development of multi-campus universities． This paper is based on relevant research resuas of the management study of universities with multi—campuses，both domestic and foreign．Through further investigation and study and widespread literature consult，the paper firstly reviews the forming background of multi—campus universities，and gives a conclusion of the way they form，the analysis of their advantages in managing universities，and the elaboration of current situation of their organization and management．After that， some main problems in view of the management of multi—campus universities arc offered in this paper(administrative mode，distribution of the eduction resources) arid analysis of factors that have effect in the management of multi—campus u
