摘 摘 要 建设自主创新型国家，迫切需要大批创新型高层次人才，高等学 校的研究生教育是创新型高层次人才培养的主要途径和基础，而研究 生导师队伍是高层次创新人才培养的关键因素。研究生导师队伍的素 质，决定着研究生培养的质量。在研究生教育规模急速扩大的形势下， 加强研究生导师队伍建设，提高导师素质是保证人才培养质量的当务 之急。 本文首先对创新型高层次人才的内涵、教育特征及培养的必要性 做了系统的阐述，旨在提出研究生教育是创新型高层次人才培养的主 体，接着对创新型研究生教育的特征和其影响因素做了具体的分析， 明确了研究生指导教师队伍建设是影响创新型研究生培养的关键因 素。并提出了研究生指导教师队伍建设是实现研究生培养目标的关 键，是提高研究生培养质量的根本，是优化研究生教育学术环境的主 导因素。最后，就目前我国研究生指导教师队伍建设中存在的问题进 行了归纳并对其原因做了三个方面详细分析，同时对创新型研究生指 导教师队伍建设进行了设想和思考。 关键词：高层次人才，研究生教育，导师队伍建设，创新，培养 AbstractNumbers Abstract Numbers of innovate high level talents are urgently needed to construct independent innovate country．The postgraduate education of universities is the main approach and foundation to cultivate innovate lligh level talents，while the teams of postgraduates’supervisor are the key factor to the cultivation of innovate high talents． It is the quality of postgraduates’teams that determining the cultivation quality of postgraduates．Under the position of rapid expand of scale of postgraduate education，it is of great necessity to enhance the construction of postgraduates’supervisor and improve the quality of supervisor to ensure the quality of cultivation of talents． The paper expatiates systemically on the connotation，education feature and the necessity of innovate high level talents for the first time， aimed to prove that postgraduate education is the subj ect of the cultivation of innovate high level talents． Secondly，the paper analyses the feature and affecting factors of innovate postgraduate education，and it shows that the construction of postgraduates’supervisor is the key factor to the cultivation of innovate postgraduates． Thirdly，the paper shows that the construction of postgraduates’ supervisor is the crux of the realizing the cultivation goal of postgraduates and it also is the fundamental of improving the cultivation quality quality of postgraduates，and it is the leading factor of optimizing the academia of postgraduate eduction． Finally，the paper sums up the existent problems of the constr
