AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract EVA is short for Economic Value Added which refers to after-tax net operating profit after deducting the cost of capital．R is kind of new corporate finance achievement evaluating indicator which reflect the enterprise。S operating results much better Economic capital is not only new management concept which arising from the demand to meet international supervision request,pay great attention to intemal capital management and surpass capital supervision request, but also an important method to enhance internal capital management and risk management of commercial banks． At present,EVA and economic capital have got worldwide application in American and Europe’S banking industry．To deal with the competition．the research of EvA and economic capital in Commercial banks has already made some progresses from discussion stage to concrete practice stage．But there still some problems in management behavior,because it’s still in the initial stage．Therefore this article has certain practical significance for its discussion behavior transformation of commercial banks under the control of EVA and economical capital． Tms article firstly introduces the basic theory of EVA and economic capital．then it analyses some application examples of EVA and economic capital in OUr commercial banks，including EVA achievements appraisal system of Construction Bank and economical capital management system of ICBC．Later the article has analyzed economic capital disposition and operative decision emphatically through the construction matrix based EVA and RAROC．It has also used matrix to make demonstration analysis economical capital disposition and operative decision in sub-branch of ICBC．Finally the article proposes six transformation methods for management behavior under the control of EVA and economic capital in commercial banks． Keywords： Economic Value Added Economic capital Commercial banks Management behavior 西安电子科技大学 西安电子科技大学 学位论文独创性(或创新性)声明 秉承学校严谨的学分和优良的科学
