高校工程应用全寿命费用分析方法研究The 高校工程应用全寿命费用分析方法研究 The Universities Engineering Application the Life Cycle Cost Analysis Method Research Abstract The Life-Cycle-Cost Analysis method(LCCA)based on the technical economics and the value engineering theory，application system thought，conducts the analysis research the LCC of the eonslxuction items．It is one effective analysis method for the project plan decision-making,the expense monitoring and the expense plan．This method has the imoprtant significance for鼢ving the construction investment,reducting the LCC of the construction items．This article has studied how to introduce the LCCA method in the university engineering projec；specifically dividing eight aspects： (1)Introduction the research actuality ofthe LCCA method ofthe domestic and foreign； (2)Arlalymg the goal ofthe LCCA method and the realization method； (3)Analyzing the university architectural engineering(mainly tO rear to dormitory building project and office building project)，equipment installation the LCC decomposition structure； (4)Analyzing the university project specifically to apply the LCC management paRem； (5)Analyzing how to decide the the essential parameters of the university project to apply the LCCA method； (6)Analyzing the universities project，eqnipment installation the project LCCA model and its the optimization； (7)Using the foregoing model，calculating some university the representative 3 dormitories building and 2 office buildings the LCC； (8)Taking the air conditioning equipment pllrchase髂the example，analyzing how to apply the LCCA method to CalTy on the plan decision-making． In the research,this article has used the value engineering，the system simulation and the engineering economics related method． This article innovates including following eight aspects： (1)Proposing the university construction project and equipment installation project the LCC decomposition structure； (2)Proposing how to specifically apply the LCCA analysis method management model
