摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 学生观是教师对学生的一种基本观点、态度和看法。它是教师教学理念的核心， 也是教师教学行动的指南。城市和乡村的教师由于生活在两种不同的地域，对他们学 生观的状况进行研究和分析有助于教师发现问题、解决问题。 本论文由绪论、J下文三章及结语部分组成。绪论主要介绍了选题的缘由、本研究 的意义、对相关研究的综述以及研究的方法和思路等。 第一章主要从学生的发展观、差异观、地位观和权利观四个方面对城乡小学教师 学生观的应然和实际状态进行调查分析。研究发现，城乡小学教师的学生观存在着一 定的不同，并且城乡小学教师的学生观在理论和实践两个方面也有一定的差别。其中 城市教师呈现的理论层面的学生观更符合当前新课改的要求，但在实际操作中仍有一 定的不足之处。 第二章分析了影响城乡小学教师学生观的因素，包括学历、教师个人素养的内部 因素和社会、学校的外部因素。 第三章基于调查研究的基础上，分别从教师自身来看，从学校和国家层面，三个 方面提出了转变城乡小学教师学生观的建议。 关键词：学生观， 小学教师，城市，乡村，比较研究 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Views on students are a fundamental point of view，attitude and perception．It is a core of teacher’S teaching philosophy，which is also a guide to action．Urban and rural teachers from living in two different places，for their views were investigated and analyzed Can help the teachers identify problems and solve problems． This thesis is made up of introduction，three chapters of main text and conclusions part．Part of Introduction mainly introduces the reasons and meaning of choosing this subject，literature synthesis and research scheme． The first chapter mainly analyzed the normative and actual condition of four school teachers，which is from four aspects of the development concept，difference concept，and status and rights perspective．This study found that there were some differences the views on student ofbetween urban and rural teachers． The second chapter analyzes the impact of primary school teachers，which include in the internal factors of education，personal qualities and external factors of society and schools． The third chapter on the basis of survey__based studies，respectively,from the perspective of teachers themselves，from the school，national level，and put forward improving students’view of primary school teachers． Key words：Views on students，Teacher in primary school，City area,Rural area, Comparative studies H 目录目录 目录 目录 摘要 ．．I Abstract．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．II 第1章绪论 ．．1 1．1研究缘起 1 1．1．1基础教育改革呼唤教师的学生观进行根本的转变 ．1 1．1．2学生观直接影响着教师的教学活动和学生的健康
