AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Starch microspheres(SM)are preparation of biology,which are widely exist，easily degradable，no contaminative material．It has protective effect for the functional material when used in cosmetics，and also has the control—released ability when adsorption of materials．It will be more conducive to the related material in order to raise efficiency．In this study,starch micro—spheres has important role in cosmetics． The starch microspheres were synthesized from soluble starch by inverse suspension with epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking agent，Span60 as the emulsifying agent and the plant oil as the organic phase．The product was characterized by electron microscope．The SM could be used as a control—released fragrance compounds which have a certain slow release properties．We focused on influences of synthesis condition on adsorption quantity of starch microspheres．The orthogonal experiment is made for optimizing the synthesis condition with the adsorption as the target．We also studied on the absorption and release properties of starch microspheres of rose perfume．Then studied the smoothing feeling and the rate of water and residual moisture of starch microspheres． We studied influences of synthesis condition on adsorption quantity of starch microspheres．The result showed：The adsorption quantity of starch microspheres increased 诵th the increased of dosage of surfactants，when dosage of surfactants is between 0．05-0．1 g； The quantity decreased with increased of dosage of surfactants，when dosage of surfactants is between O．1-4)．1 259；The quantity increased诚th increased of dosage of surfactants，when dosage of surfactants is more than O．1 259．The adsorption quantity of starch microspheres increased with the increased of starch solution，when starch solution is less than 7％；The quantity decreased with increased of starch solution,when starch solution is more than 7％． The adsorption quantity of starch microspheres increased with the increased of dos
