Therefore,the research on the antecedents and consequences of thriving at work is an important concern.Some scholars have pointed out‘that organizational justice has a positive effect on the thriving at work’S dimensions which include vitality(emotion)and learning(cognitive).At the same time,thriving at work plays a positive role in promoting employees’organizational citizenship behavior.Because the academic research hasn’t to discuss the mediating role of thriving at work between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior,based on collecting and analysis a large number of relevant literature,this paper determines to use thriving at work as the mediating variable to explore the model“Organizational Justice—Thriving at Work—Organizational III 万方数据 Citizenship Citizenship Behavior.With this paper,I hope to be able to provide guidance for domestic enterprises human resource management practices.
