T he results show e t hat microbubble enseness an bright ness was enhance by native t issue harmonic imaging an the microbubble size w as slight increase . In the otherwise, native t issue harm onic imaging coul clearly , visualize the few transpulmonary microbubbles in the left heart w hich w as ifficult to be show e by routine fun emental imaging . But m yocar iol opacificat ion in patients who ha large right to left shunts w as not etecte by nat ive tissue harmonic imaging an fun emental imaging , w e must improve the metho of repare contrast agent an pro uce new intravenousely myocar ial cont rast agent.
