研究生优秀毕业论文 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘 要 杭州职业技术学院是一所市属高职院校，学院于2010年成为100所重点建设高职 院校之一，并已经批准了七个一级项目立项，教育部和财政部要求在2015年对所立项 的项目进行验收。这些项目比较复杂且里面涉及到很多部门和人员，项目管理非常困难， 其项目中间过程也很难监控，且目前已有的很多项目管理系统并不适合学院的项目，为 了使项目能顺利验收，开发项目资源管理系统是当务之急。 本文通过对项目的调研分析，从项目工作的实际出发，分析了系统的角色、系统的 功能需求和非功能需求，确定了系统的设计目标和系统的功能结构，对系统进行了数据 库的设计、系统的功能设计和实现。系统分为前台管理和后台管理两个模块，其中前台 管理模块重点实现了项目资料的维护和项目审核等功能，后台管理模块重点实现了权限 管理、基础信息管理等功能，使项目管理员能够对院校建设期间的各类项目进行过程监 控和动态管理。本系统采用B／S架构模式，采用了SQL Server 2005数据库管理系统， 是基于J2EE技术的MVC+DAO设计模式构建的WEB应用开发的项目管理系统。本系 统是一个适用于定制项目的项目管理系统，为今后项目的管理提供了全新的手段。 本文设计的项目资源管理系统己在学院试运行，用户反映很好。通过本系统能快速 方便生成各类报表，动态维护各类信息，使学校、职能部门、二级系院、项目负责人能 够及时了解项目进度、审核状态、经费使用等情况，提高工作效率。且本系统设计灵活， 便于扩充，为本系统以后建成学院知识库资源中心平台奠定基础。 关键词：高校项目；项目管理系统；MVC、DA0 万方数据 杭职院项目资源管理系统的设计与实现Design 杭职院项目资源管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation of HZVTC Project Resource Management System Abstract Hangzhou Vocation and Technical College is a higher vocational college of Hangzhou， in year of 20 1 0，the college was appraised as one of the national 1 00 key constructing vocmional colleges，and has goRen seven project establishments’approval till now．The National Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance will make the final acceptance of the seven projects on 201 5．Due to the complexities of projects and involving of many departments and persons，project management is very difficult．Especially，it is difficult to monitor the process of the project，while the existed project management systems are not suitable for these seven projects．In order to delivery projects successfully and pass the acceptance，developing a specified project management system for these projects is a high pdority． Based on the research and analysis for these projects’management，we analyzed the system’S role model and the functional requirements，as well as the non-functional requirements，and determined the system design goals and the functional structure of the system，then finished the system database design，system functional design and implementations．The wh
