成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 目的： 本临床试验是采用随机对照的方法，观察毫火针结合腕踝针疗法治疗带状疱 疹的临床疗效。 方法： 将纳入 64 例病例，随机分为两组，治疗组采用“毫火针结合腕踝针”疗法； 对照组为西药组（口服盐酸伐昔洛韦等）疗法，两组均以 10 日为 1 疗程；通过 带状疱疹综合疗效评价、疱疹评价指标、疼痛评价指标对两组疗效评判；治疗后 1、2、3 月进行疼痛指标及后遗神经痛痛综合评分表进行后遗神经痛发生率的统 计；以上观察结果应用 SPSS17.0 统计软件进行分析。 结果： 1、治疗组与对照组基线比较，分布平衡，具有可比性(P＞0.05)； 2、两组疼痛强度自身前后对比均有显著差异，治疗组效果更显著，在疼痛 开始缓解时间、疼痛持续时间治疗组改善更明显(P＜0.05)； 3、治疗组在缩短止疱时间、结痂时间上优于对照组，有统计学差异(P＜ 0.05)； 4、治疗组的即刻镇痛效应较对照组显著(P＜0.05)； 5、在综合疗效方面比较，治疗组的疗效具有优显性，其愈显率、总有效率 较对照组显著，统计学有显著差异(P＜0.05)； 6、两组在治疗结束 1、2、3 月随访，其后遗神经痛发生率无显著性差异(P ＞0.05)。 结论： 1、毫火针结合腕踝针疗法治疗带状疱疹在缩短止疱时间、促进结痂、降低 疼痛强度、增加即时镇痛效应时间、缩短病程上明显优于西药组； 2、毫火针结合腕踝针疗法在治疗带状疱疹成本低廉，易学易行、不良反应 少，安全性高，可向基层医院推广。 关键词：带状疱疹 毫火针 腕踝针 随机对照试验 1 ABSTRACT Objective: By using RCT to observe the clinical curative effect of the Filiform-fire Needle combined with wrist-ankle needle therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods: There were 64 cases randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, The treatment group was treated by “Filiform-fire Needle combined with wrist- ankle needle”method，and the control group was treated by western medicine（Oral valaciclovir hydrochloride)。The two groups were 10 days for 1 course of treatment；We evaluated the clinical effect between two groups by the total effective scale，the index of HZ and pain，single symptom scale ；We evaluated the occurrence rate of PHN of the two group in the 1st month、2nd month and the 3rd month by the index of the pain and the single symptom scale of PHN;The above results were analyzed using SPSS17.0.
