At first, this paper uses the Johansen co-integration method to exam among main domestic sugar market, between domestic and international sugar market whether the long-term co-integration relation exists or not. Then uses the error correction models, analyses the international sugar market ‘s short-term disturbance to domestic sugar market because of sugar price fluctuating. The research discovers, between each domestic sugar market, international sugar spot market and domestic different areas sugar market there is long-term co-integration relation. The international sugar market price change leads the change of the domestic sugar market price. Viewed from a short time, the change of the international sugar market price cannot cause the change of the sugar market price in China at once.
