关于食品专业人才培养方案的创新研究

摘 要：为提高食品专业人才培养质量，使食品专业人才培养目标符合我国高职教育的发展目标，缩小与用人单位
需求的距离，本课题从了解四川省乃至全国食品人才需求状况入手，跟踪行业人才市场需求，并顺应职业岗位的要
求变化，分析研究如何对高职院校食品专业人才培养方案进行创新，以使培养出来的人才能够更好地适应区域、行
业经济和社会发展的需要。

Abstract ： We started from the understanding of Sichuan province even the national food industry demand ， tracking
the industry demand for talent market ， conforming to the demands of the occupation change in order to improve the
quality of talent in Food Specialty of Higher Vocational Education ， and to ensure the training target fit in with the
development of the aid of higher vocational education in China ， narrowing the distance with the employer demand.
We studied and discussed the innovation about the talent training mode of food specialty in higher vocational edu-
cation ， hoping that the talent can meet the need of district ， industry and society better.
