II II Abstract Apium graveliens L has very good medicinal value, the sexual cool taste Kennedy, has clear heat flat liver, lipid-lowering step-down, calm wind to relieve pain, such as celery contains many kinds of compounds has antibacterial insecticidal role. This paper studies the crude extractings celery of cotton of fusarium oxysporium antibacterial activity, and further the antibacterial mechanism of the preliminary inquiry, aimed to be the use of celery controlling plant diseases and insect pests, the development of new plant source microbicides lay the foundation. The research aimed to study the extract of Apium graveliens inhibiting effect on the cotton wilt . The efficacy of Apium graveliens acetone extract was tasted by potted cultivation on cotton wilt. The results showed the extract of Apium graveliens showed inhibitory effect under the concentration of 10mg/ml and could protect the cotton in seeding stage.The inhibition rate is 77.71%，the EC50 was1.34mg/ml. The extract of Apium graveliens showed antifungal activity against cotton wilt . The influences of extraction from Apium graveolens on the content of MDA,conduc- tivity ratio and activities of protective enzymes in Fusarium oxysporium f.sp. vasinfect- um were studied. The membrane lipid was peroxidized seriously ， after being treated with the extraction，along with treated time prolonged，the content of MDA in mycelium trended increasing in prophase, reached the maximum at eight hours,which was 3.9 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours. Meanwhile conductivity ratio also trended increasing in prophase and then decresing,reached the maximum at 12 hours,which was 1.20 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours. These results aslo indicated that，along with treated time prolonged，the activity of SOD,CAT and POD increased firstly and then declined.SOD and CAT reached the maximum at 10 hours,which was 1.40 and 1.23 times of the control,and decreeased to t
