　 PAGE 1 　 毕业论文 论文题目： 富平**村乳业发展现状及对策 专 业： 农林经济管理 陕西渭南富平**村乳业发展现状问题及对策 内 容 摘 要 乳品在国内有巨大的需求空间。中国是一个世界普遍看好的乳品市场，据统计表明：当前世界乳业总量为5.85亿吨，然而占世界人口约1/4的中国乳业总量仅为1029万吨。世界人均乳制品年消费量为100公斤，而我国人均仅为7.4公斤，特别在我国的农村，人均消费仅0.96公斤。随着我国人民生活水平的提高，乳品需求空间将愈来愈大，这正是世界乳业20强纷纷抢占中国市场的原因所在。乳业的竞争主要表现为市场和资本的竞争。随着全球经济一体化和中国加入WTO，奶粉和酸奶的关税已分别25%、42%下降为15%、34%，分别下降10个百分点和8个百分点。国外奶粉到岸价已下降到1.4万元/ 吨，比国内奶粉企业生产成本价还要低处2000元之多，使国内奶粉企业处于不利的价格竞争地位。与此同时，以独资、合资、控股、收购等形式进入中国的外资企业已达45家，国际乳业巨头已有12家在中国办厂，不断在中国乳业市场抢占“领地”，目前已占据中国乳业生产总值28%以上。 国外乳业的大举介入，使中国乳业面临严峻挑战。乳业是构成我村优势特色产业—食品工业的重要组成部分，对实现工业强村有着极为重要的作用。面对近年来国际乳业的迅猛扩展，面对中国加入WTO后国内乳业的快速崛起，作为我村传统产业的乳业如何发展，已是全村上下非常关注的问题，“不进则退”是任何客观事物发展的普遍规律。 关键词：乳业发展 现状 问题 对策 Shaanxi Weinan Fuping ** Development of Village Dairy Problems Abstract Dairy products have great demand in the domestic space.
