中国康复理论与实践2017年8月第23卷第8期 ChinJRehabilTheoryPract,Aug.,2017,Vol.23,No.8 - 976 - DOI: 10.3969/j.issn. 1006-9771.2017.08.022 ·社区康复 · 郑州市社区老年人体质量指数与虚弱的相关性① 1 2 1,3 宋晓月 ，黄玲玲 ，张伟宏 [摘要] 目的 分析社区老年人体质量指数(BMI)与虚弱的关系，为超重和肥胖老年人预防乃至延缓虚弱进程提供依据。方 法 2016 年3 月至11月，采用方便抽样的方法，将郑州市1571名老年人作为研究对象，根据BMI 分为未超重、超重、肥胖三组， 采用Fried 虚弱量表进行调查。结果 郑州市社区老年人超重率和肥胖率分别为38.6% 、10.9% ；不同BMI 组间，虚弱水平有非常 2 高度显著性差异(χ =86.659, P0.001) 。Logistic 回归分析显示，超重和肥胖是虚弱前期的危险因素(P0.05) ，肥胖是发生虚弱的危险 因素(P0.05) 。结论 郑州市老年人超重率和肥胖率较高，控制体质量或可有效降低虚弱的发生率，延缓虚弱进程。 [关键词] 社区；老年人；体质量指数；虚弱 Correlation between Body Mass Index and Frailty for Community Aged People in Zhengzhou, Henan, China 1 2 1,3 SONG Xiao-yue , HUANG Ling-ling , ZHANG Wei-hong 1.
