华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract LaiFeng，Hubei is the most poor town in China , tobacco processing industry which was the original pillar industries had been revocatted by the government ,and the existing conditions can’t take the traditional industrial development, so the development of biomass energy industry as its worth to take a try. To study the biomass industry can’t be limited the industry itself, we must study its impact of LaiFeng’s economy as a whole. Based on the existing economic system, especially the industrial system analysis, combined with the actual situation of their economies, to adjust and optimize the corresponding theoretical model, thus establishing a closed economy features LaiFeng’s CGE Model .Later, by drawing on the national social accounting matrix approach, which based on the Laifeng’s Statistical Yearbook 2009, and compiled from macro-social accounting matrix of Phoenix, then according to the latest input-output table by combining some of the actual situation and this study needed in the future phoenix is divided into 12 production sectors, and on this basis prepared from the micro social accounting matrix Fung, and finally through the GAMS software program to simulate operation. Then the analysis of biomass energy industry can be the direct consequences, abstractde stimulating factors out of the forestry industry, energy sector (biomass) income-stimulating factor and three-stimulating factor stimulating factor on the development of biomass energy industry, then assessment of the general simulation, and by using the energy sector (biomass) and energy industries (other) elasticity of substitution between the two industries the change in the sensitivity analysis demonstrated the robustness and reliability of conclusions.
