摘要捅芰 摘要 捅芰 以产业集群内核心企业的绩效为研究对象，通过对影响集群内核心企业绩 效的内、外部因素的详细阐释，建立独特的绩效评价双层指标体系。创造性的 整合DEA(数据包络分析)方法、GRA(灰色关联度分析)方法和AHP(层次 分析法)等，使用DEA．GRA评价模型从双重角度对集群内核心企业的整体和 部分绩效分别进行深入研究。 在对产业集群演变成为四大模式的过程进行说明之后，根据核心企业在集 群内的存在状态将研究对象界定为轮轴式集群内核心企业。通过分析竞合关系、 文化空间、资产、技术、人员等影响集群内核心企业绩效的内、外部因素，并 将其对绩效产出的影响划分为生产经营能力和创新能力两方面，建立全面的多 功能指标体系，分别从当前和未来反映企业的实力状况。同时结合多指标投入 和产出的需要确定使用DEA评价方法，并融合GRA、AHP分析方法，建立 DEA．GRA评价模型，对集群内核心企业的绩效进行宏微观的详尽分析。不但分 别评价企业整体和局部的绩效在长时期内的发展状况，并对其相关细节指标需 要调整和修正的数量以及企业规模效益进行了详尽解释。最后以一集群内核心 企业实体为例运用相关指标体系和方法模型对论文研究思路做出了实证演示。 关键词：产业集群核心企业绩效DEA AbstractThis Abstract This paper takes core enterprise’S performance in industrial cluster as a r．esea】Fch object．Firstly it analyses the internal and external influencing factors about core enterprise’s performance detailedly,then it establishes a unique bilateral index system of performance evaluation．Last it integrates three research methods of DEA，GRA and AHP to build a DEA-GRA evaluating model，and using this model studies core enterprise’S performance from bilateral perspective of whole and partial performance． After introducing the process how industrial cluster evolves to four patterns．the paper defines the research object as core enterprise of mononuclear industrial cluster according to its existing situation in industrial cluster．Through analyzing of internal and external factors such as competitive and cooperative relationship，culture space， asset，technology and employee which affect core enterprise’S performance，and dividing the performance output into operating abilities and innovating abilities，the paper builds an index system with multi-functions，besides，the system could renect temporary and future abilities of enterprise．Simultaneity,the paper decides to use DEA to evaluate the object in need of the multi．index input and output．It fuses analyzing methods of GILA and AHP to build a DEA．GRA evaluation model．and using this model，it analyses the core enterprise’s performance from macro alld micro angles at large．Not only doe
