首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 京津冀地区人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展研究 Abstract After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth and rapid expansion of the city，the Chinese economy has entered a new normal stage，and established a new urbanization strategy．Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization is an important part of the new urbanization process．And their coordinated development decides the quality and level of urbanization．As a core strength in northern economic development，Beij ing，Tianj in and Hebei Region play a leading role in the development of new urbanization process． Since the areas include Beij ing and Tianjin which are two super(special) cities，their city size and level are quite different．Promotion of new urbanization may meet some obstruction because of unbalanced regional economic development．So Beij ing，Tianj in and Hebei Region population urbanization and land urbanization coordinated development is of great significance． By combing the existing literature on the status of the development of urbanization，the problems and causes of population migration theory， regional economic theory of environmental coordination of research·based， 1 987-20 1 3 year study time span，respectively，in Beij ing，Tianj in，Yangtze River Delta，Pearl River Delta region of population urbanization and urbanization of land is calculated on coordination and draw spatial variation diagram．Studies have shown that the region of Beij ing，Tianj in urban population and built—up area growth rate both show”south higher than north”state，the characteristics of the population-land urbanization offset interval concentrated in the north-central region，from high to low and then high degree of coordination．By comparison，Beij ing，Tianj in，the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region’S population-Urban Land Development showed to coordinate state and the degree of coordination in descending order of Beij ing，Tianj in，the Pearl River Delta，
