武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the development and prevalence of computer software and hardware technology,the human has entered the multimedia information age．Monitoring system based on multimedia technology has played a more and more important role in the video monitoring field．Have all installed the monitoring system in a lot of markets，banks and intellectual districts，a lot of industrial and mining enterprises all hope to make use of monitoring system to realize nobody on duty in the computer lab， factory building and automation and intelligent of fireproofing and theftproofing． Especially in the important locale such as bank，cashbox and military storage，the reliable and intelligemized monitoring system have heavy demand market．Most of video monitoring systems Oil the market are composed of industrial control computer which work unstably，and the price is too high．In order to get ride of these defects，in this paper we design a new system based on digital signal processor．The system based on the core processor TMS320vc5402 accomplish the digital gather of analog video signal througll high speeding video decode circuit． This text first analyse some basic theories that the system has involved，then introduce the general design solution and specific hardware and software design work of the system．While introduce the hardware，we mainly discuss the important component of the hardware such as collection，compression and storing of the signal of the video，etc．Video gather part include video input and output，the design adopt the integrated video chip SAA71 1 3 to realize the signal conversion of analog video input signal，it adopt the 12C bus as programming interface of the device．This system passes I／0 line，imitate to realize 1[2C bus by the software programming of DSP,to finish disposition and communication of video decoding chip．It has adopted a kind of flame store method that utilize SRAM chip tO solve the collection of video signal．On compressionthe vid
