京津冀地区产业集聚与扩散研究 京津冀地区产业集聚与扩散研究 THE RESEARCH ON THE INDUSTRIAL AGGLOMERATION AND DIFFUSION OF BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI ABSTRACT Industrial agglomeration and diffusion are two different directions of the elements flowing, during the development of a regional economic. They exist at the same time. Industrial agglomeration and diffusion which exist in the entire world could optimize the industrial allocation. Industrial agglomerate could bring economies of scale and scope economies, and bring more economic profit. Such action will advantage our economic competitive. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region which is the Chinas capital location, possess the best Chinese technology and a lot of hi-tech people, have broad prospects for development. However, there is a big gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta in the economic strength. How to use the advantages of industry, promoting the development of regional economy coordinately, is still facing a large number of problems. Therefore, it is necessarily to study the industrial agglomeration and dispersion to improve the competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. From industry perspective, this article will combine the Industrial agglomeration and diffusion together. Through the calculation the index of industry concentration and regional specialization index of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, during 1998 to 2007.Evaluate and compare the trend of agglomeration and diffusion of 20 manufacturing according to the result. It shows that the level of industrial concentration of most industries has increased. And some industries have the phenomenon of industrial diffusion. Using cointegration theory, VAR models and vector error correction, found that the industrial agglomeration and economic growth showed an appositive correlation. Finally, with the economic data and the impulse response function analysis the technology diffusion between the three regions, found that the industrial dispersion is not obvious between Beijing, Ti
