In the past two years， Bank of communications and the four major state-owned banks have been completed or are being implemented completely a share so that the bad assets of corporate governance structure obstacles have to be solved. But it has not fundamentally solve the bad assets management issues. In the meantime, facing the countrys macroeconomic situation’s fluctuation , domestic and foreign banks in the fierce competitions, combining Bank of communications bad assets management status and development trend of rapid development for the future, It is very timely and necessary to find out the own bad assets management solutions rapidly for Bank of communications. In this paper, Harbin branch of Bank of communications is to be the reserch goal. It use the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. First it introduces research background and significance, defines the concept related to the current research, introduces and reviews the current domestic and foreign researches, learn from the lessons of experience, point out research questions and studies to clarify ideas. Secondly, the paper describes the current situations about Harbin branch of Bank of communications, including of the basic situations about Harbin branch of Bank of communications, credit operations and the organizational structure of the division of functions, management methods and means of the bad assets. On this basis, it multi-angly analyzes the real reasons of the bad assets from inside and outside bank situations ,pointing out its existing problems and further analysis of the bad assets management difficulties.
