The The Study of Baoding Urban and Rural Development Planning from the Perspective of the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Author：Shen Gan Major：Master ofEngineering Supervisor：Wang Guanghe Abstract Beijing-tianjin-hebei city cluster along the east coasts of 0111country is of the most important urban development populated areas．Up to now this has been the core of the bearing and guarantee for the capital function realization foundation．National 1 2th five—year plan clearly put forward to promote regional economic integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,lnake specific requirements for the capital economic circle。As the 1 8th，the third plenary session，the central economic work conference and the meeting of urbanization，the goals and tasks of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei city cluster are further clear and defmite． Promoting beijing-tianjin-hebei city cluster coordinated development becomes key national development strategy． With the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei graduaUy rise for the national strategy,Baoding has many advantages in beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration，such its unique geographical location,resources endowment，the ecological environment，culture，scientific research and education，the comprehensive traffic，industry characteristics and on．This study focuses how to strengthen and give full play to these advantages from the new perspective of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，by reference to domestic and foreign capital， airport，District，high-speed rail corridor,as well the advanCed experience of the simifar cities． From the view of the national，provincial and urban strategy,the study,with the guidance of superior planning，analyzes the new development situation of the following regions： Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，Beijing·Tianjin-Baoding，and Beijing-Baoding．It is fillly analyzed and demonstrated from Baoding urban and rural development present situation，the macro policy, tran
