I I 摘 要 摘 要 文化产业的发展和经济社会的发展相辅相成，经济发展到一定程度后催生了文化产 业的产生。文化产业目前已成为一些发达国家的支柱性产业，成为新的经济增长点。在 我国，文化产业虽兴起不久，但却越来越显示其重要性。京津冀文化资源丰厚，发展文 化产业具有天然优势。京津冀作为中国最具有活力的增长极之一，如何协调发展已经上 升到国家发展战略的高度，这对三地来说是一个千载难逢的重大机遇。因此，京津冀地 区的文化产业应当协调发展，将地区资源进行整合及有效的调动。 本文从定性及定量的角度对京津冀地区文化产业进行分析。首先通过京津冀地区文 化产业的投入产出及各要素基本情况进行分析，从而对京津冀地区的文化产业有一个大 致的了解。然后设计文化产业发展水平评价指标体系，并计算 2004 年-2012 年的各地区 指标，通过因子分析法对各地区的文化产业发展水平进行分析，最终得出文化产业发展 水平主要由需求和规模扩张主导，产出效益的水平并没有跟上文化产业发展的水平。未 来大力提高文化产业发展水平与产出效益的贡献度，将会进一步促进文化产业系统的协 调发展。通过因子分析中各因子得分找到三地发展中存在的差异及共性，分析文化产业 在发展中存在的问题，尝试为三地协调可持续发展提供建议。 关键词 文化产业 京津冀 因子分析 II II Abstract Abstract The development of cultural industry and economic society complement each other, the economy develops to a certain extent gave birth to the cultural industry. Cultural industry has become the pillar industry in some developed countries, has become a new economic growth point. Although China started late on the cultural industry , but the importance are significant.. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is rich in culture resources, has the natural advantages in the development of cultural industry. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the most energetic growth pole in China, how to coordinate the development has risen to the height of national development strategies, this is a great opportunity for three areas. Therefore, Beijing-Tianjin –Hebei region culture industry should develop in harmony, integrate and mobilize the resources effectively. This paper studies the the cultural industry in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region based on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative angle. In order to have a general understanding of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region culture industry , first analyzes the input and output in every elements of the three regions. Then design an index system for the development of cultural industry, and calculate the area index of 2004-2012, analyze the level of development of cultural industry in each area, finally obtains the conclusion that development level of cultural industry is mainly domin
