万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Based on the theory of System of National Accounting (SNA) and satellite accounts, analysis of the health industry concept, classification, calculation analysis method and indexes of satellite account, this paper study how to build the health industry satellite account. First of all, recall the theory of national accounts (SNA) and satellite account, laid a theoretical foundation for building health industry satellite account. Secondly, on the basis of the comprehensive domestic and foreign scholars′point of view, defining the concept of the health industry is to maintain, improve, promote and management of physical and mental health, provide healthy products (including goods and services) and health directly or indirectly related to the set of economic activity, then defining the statistical accounting scope of the health industry, and determines the classification of health industry and product categories from the perspective of supply, and health products are divided into characteristic products and connected products. Thirdly, further exploration of the analysis framework of the contribution of the health industry to national economy, design and suggest six aggregates includes the health industry activity expenditure, the health industry activity consumption, the health industry public consumption, the health industry direct gross value added, the health industry gross domestic product and health industry employment and the health industry non-monetary value. Corresponding to the above aggregates establish the health industry satellite accounts consisting of a set of interrelated and complementary tables include the health industry activity consumption table according to products classification, the health industry public consumption table according to products and government classification, the health industry and other industrial production table, the total domestic supply and domestic health industry consumption table, the health industry e
