汕头大 汕头大学硕士学位论文 IV IV Control Study on fMRI Brain Map in Healthy Adult Undergoing Active, Passive and Intentional Fist Movement M.Candidate：Yuan Bo Mentor：Prof. Zheng Shao-qin Abstract Objective To observe the characteristic of the fMRI brain map in healthy adult undergoing active, passive and intentions fist movement, provide the theoretical basis for exploring the essence of the central modulating mechanism of passive movement. Materials and Method Twelve healthy volunteers have been choosed to partake the experience. Everyone has accomplished the following five duties separately: (1) active fist movement of left hand; (2) active fist movement of right hand; (3) passive fist movement of left hand;(4) passive fist movement of right hand; (5) intentions fist movement of left hand The data have been analyzed statistically using Analysis of Functional NeuroImages (AFNI) software(edition: 2008_02_01_1144),in the condition of F (6,1121), P=0.005, the signal which is bigger than PAGE PAGE VI three voxels is retained, and is considered the activated signal.These actived signals organize the activated brain areas. Results （1）Under the basic conditions, the brain functional areas concerning active left hand- fisting movement showed as : right precentral gyrus，right superior temporal gyrus and left superior temporal gyrus，aespecially right precentral gyrus；under the basic conditions, the brain functional areas concerning passive left hand- fisting movement showed as:right precentral gyrus，left tonsil of cerebellum and left superior temporal gyrus; （2）Under the basic conditions, the brain functional areas concerning active right hand- fisting movement showed as: left precentral gyrus, left inferior frontal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and right tonsil of cerebellum; under the basic conditions, the brain functional areas concerning passive right hand- fisting movement showed as:left superior temporal gyrus， left inferior frontal gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus
