摘要本文综合运用网络维护管理、信息技术、工业工程等理论，探讨了企业 摘要 本文综合运用网络维护管理、信息技术、工业工程等理论，探讨了企业 内部网维护管理的理论和方法，并分析了其实现的必要性、可行性与具体方 案。 首先，针对金税网络的建设情况及实施过程中存在的问题，通过参阅网 络维护管理的有关理论、分析国内外的研究现状以及几种主要管理模式的比 较，确定了新模式的实现原则，提出了基于In仃anet的金税网络维护管理模式 的设计思想。 其次，给出了这种模式从总体框架、目标到信息模型、组织模型、通信 模型、功能模型的详细方案，并融入了虚拟被管对象、任务派遣、预警系统、 专家辅助决策、虚拟专用网、一次性口令认证等先进理念和技术。 最后，还对这种模式进行了综合评价、风险预测、安全分析、成本评估 和效益分析，并对这种模式在其它网络环境中的应用前景和未来发展进行了 展挈。 关键词：企业网金税网络信息技术维护管理模式研究 ABSTRACTMaking ABSTRACT Making use of the network maintenance management，information technique， industry engineering integrated，this thesis has discussed the theories and method of maintenance management for Intranet，and analyzed the necessity，possibility and concrete scheme． Firstly，aiming at the construction station of golden taxation network and problems that exist during it was put into execution，this thesis has studied the basic theories of networking maintenance management，researching actuality and the comparison between several main management modes．Through studying，this thesis has confirmed the actual principle ofthe mode and come up with the designing idea of the mode of the golden taxation network maintenance management based on Intr“anet． Secondly，the thesis has provided the detailed scheme of the mode，including from total frame and target to information model，organizational model， communication model and functional model．It alSO consisted of some advanced idea and technology such as virtual managed object，management by delegation，the early—warning system，expert supposed decision，virtual private network，one time password attestation etc。 Finally，this thesis did some work including compositive evaluation，venRue forecast，safety analysis，cost evaluation and benefit analysis about the model． Moreover it prospected the applied prospective and future development of the model when based on other network environment． Key words：Intranet，Golden Taxation Network，Information technique， Maintenance management，Mode study 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作和取得的 独创性声明 本人
