Results X- ray fi di gs of lu g were characterized by mostly i volvi g u ilateral a d prese ti g ill defi ed cloud or patches- form opacities. These lesio s progressed a d varied rapidly. The cli ical ma ifestatio s were characterized by the o set of fever ( 34/ 34) , mostly associated w ith systemic a d joi t achi g pai s (29/ 34) a d dry coughs (29/ 34) . Leucocyte cou ts showed ormal or lower tha ormal. Patie t w ith a co ti ui g high fever might te d to devel op ARDS (2/ 34) . All t he 34 patie ts recovered after combi ed therapies ( a ti- i flammatio , a ti- virus a d promoti g immu ity ) a d w ere discharged from hospital. The average i - hospital days were ( 10. 6 4. 2) days. Conclusion X- ray exami atio is the mai method for the early diag osis a d observi g state- variatio . The predomi a t cli ical features of
