PEP小学英语三年级下册 《Unit 3 At the zoo A、Lets learn Lets do》 教学设计 梅州市大埔县大埔第三小学　 杨兰娟 一、教材分析 本课是PEP小学英语三年级下册Unit 3 At the zoo A、Let’s learn Let’s do部分的内容。以教师带学生参观动物园作为语境呈现要学习的四个形容词：tall,fat, short,thin.三年级学生对高、矮、肥、瘦四个形容词的概念比较熟悉，本节课侧重词形认读的训练，强化听说、认读技能的培养，并学习句型Look at that...It’s... 教学目标 知识目标 1)能够听、说、认读thin, fat, tall, short四个形容词。 2)能听懂会说句子“Look at that...It’s ...”,并能用上述句子简单描述动物。 3）能听懂会说Let’s do 内容,并能借助肢体加以表演。 能力目标 能够在教师提供的语境中运用用形容词tall,short,fat,thin描述动物外形特征。 3、情感目标 培养学生爱护动物，热爱大自然的情感，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，让学生学会关爱小动物，关爱周围的人。 4、学习策略目标 培养学生积极主动参与课堂，自主合作和共同探究。 5、文化意识目标 了解“as fat as a pig” 与“as thin as a monkey”的意思。 三、教学重、难点 1）重点：让学生熟练掌握句型“Look at that...It’s ...” 2）难点：能掌握单词thin的正确读音，会用形容词对动物或人进行描述，知道tall和short,fat和thin它们是两对反义词。 四、学情分析 三年级学生活泼好动，他们对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣，能够积极主动地参与课堂活动，但注意力不够集中。本节课学习的形容词与动物相关，学生参与学习的积极性会很高。结合学生已有的知识，本节课将创造更多的机会让学生加强语言操练，以提高他们的语言运用能力。 五、教具准备 多媒体课件、动物图片、单词卡片等 六、教学过程 (一)Warm-up 1、Greeting . 师生交际：Hello! What’s your name ? /How are you ? /How old are you ? /Nice to meet you./…. 2、Let’s chant. 【设计意图】通过课前交流和节奏欢快的歌谣，创设语言学习的氛围，激发学生的兴趣，帮助学生尽快进入学习英语的环境中。 (二)Revision 1、Guessing game，学生根据教师的动作猜动物单词。 PPT呈现动物园情景，T: Today is a fine day. Let’s go to the zoo. Look! There are many animals here. Look at me! What’s this? S: It’s a panda / monkey / giraffe /bear/… . T: Yes, act like a panda. Look at the panda / monkey / giraffe /bear/… . S: It’s so fat（引导学生回答） / thin / tall /short/…. 【设计意图】学生根据教师的动作猜动物单词，通过复习动物单词，整体感知，并借助PPT图片，引导学生用句型“It’s so tall/fat/thin/….”对动物的外形特征进行描述，既激发了学生的学习兴趣，又为下一环节的新授作了铺垫。 (三)Presentation 1、出示课题：Unit 3 At the zoo A、Lets learn Lets do 2、PPT呈现遮住的猴子,猜谜的方式学习单词fat 1)T: Look here, please.
