In recent years, the production of fake and shoddy products and sales behavior to be banned repeatedly more than, it not only destroyed the normal order of the market economy, but also the serious damage to the physical and mental health of the consumers. Fake and shoddy products popular also influenced many famous enterprises economic interest and reputation, damaged the countrys investment environment and Chinese enterprises in international image. Although the various departments and regions to increase the blow strength of fake and shoddy products, and take the corresponding ,measures to fight against fake and inferior products production and sales behavior, but had little effect on.
