Abst Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract The concrete material is the largest amount of material used in the present construction industry , how to implement energy saving, cost reducing and green initiative of the concrete to adapt to the development of present society is an important direction of the present concrete industry research. Water reducing agent work as a material that improves the performance of concrete, for use in concrete, the concrete ushers in a new revolution. The two kinds of water reducing agents used in concrete are studied. By testing method, we studied the effects that naphthalene water reducer and polycarboxylate-type water reducer have on the working performance of fresh concrete and hardened concrete strength under the circumstance of different dosages, different concrete decrement rates respectively, determine reasonable dosages and concrete decrement rate, and on the working performance of concrete of different strength grades and hardened concrete strength in the condition of fixed dosage and fixed concrete decrement rate; By the testing result, analyze of the test results of two kinds of water reducing agents application in concrete technology and economic benefits, environmental protect benefits. Test results show that: in the condition of the types of raw materials, water reducer chosen staying the same, 1. Considering the effect that naphthalene water reducer and polycarboxylate-type water reducer have on the concrete working performance and compressive strength, the reasonable dosage of naphthalene water reducer is 1.8%, polycarboxylate-type water reducer is 0.8%. 2. In the guarantee that concrete overall performance is not lower than the original concrete comprehensive performance, when dosage of naphthalene water reducer is 1.8%, we can reduce the dosage of cement 15%; When the polycarboxylate-type water reducer is 0.8%, we can reduce the dosage of cement 18%. 3.
