The tide of keeping fit of the whole people is pouring into new type countrysides. The people in the countryside are pursuing healthy, stylish and happy life more and more strongly. The living quality and culural quality of the residents of countrysides are constantly improved, in turn, they are eager to keep fit and the demand of enjoying colourful, amateur cultural life is increasingly growing. To devote great effort to develop and plan fitness dancing in the countryside has already satisfied the good external counditions. The big and medium-size cities in China have already had a large quantity of people engaging in fitness dancing exercises. The tendency of the development has spred into the villages in cities and the countrysides. Xiwan Village is a tipical new type countryside of Qinyang City, Henan Province, which is a examplary village of Henan province. With the development of economy, the sports awareness of the peasants in the village is stronger and stronger. The mass literary and artistic activities in the village are constantly developing.
