Through coordinate, smooth and elastic aerobics training, children can promote their bone thick, muscles strong, heart and lung function healthy. of children, because children aerobics routines in a variety of form, shape, flexibility, quality, strength training-based, therefore, to improve physical function and quality of child care has increased the role of function. Through aerobics training, children can foster their attention-focusing, self-control, personality development, spirit-enterprising, the will of overcoming difficulties and the quality of true emotions and feelings, good and beautiful moral sentiment.
