酵465062提 酵465062 提 要 我们认为，小儿哮喘是由肺脾气虚，痰瘀伏肺所致。据此确立益气活血， 温肺化痰为本病根本治法，并依据中医内病外治理论，研制成健肺膏，从临床 方面探讨了健肺膏外敷防治,J,JL哮喘复发的作用机理。本研究临床观察哮喘患 儿40例，并与酮替酚治疗20例作对照，结果表明，健肺膏外敷可调整患儿机 体免疫功能，提高血红细胞SOD活性，改善肺部微循环障碍，观察组总有效率 为92 5％，对照组总有效率为60％，观察组总疗效明显优于对照组(PO．叭)。 研究证实健肺膏能有效防治小儿哮喘，为中药防治小儿哮喘在治法及剂型上提 供了新的思路。 关键词健肿膏外治法小儿哮喘 临床研究 、．／7、√＼／＼／7 Clinical‘Study Clinical‘Study on Prevention and treatment of Infantile Asthma by Jianfei Plaster plastered on special acupoints Author：Liu Zhi Hong Speciality：Respiratory Disease Tutor：Wang Ming Xiang Abstract We considered that the infantile asthma is caused by the Deficiency of the vital energy in the lung and spleen，stagnation of the sputum and blood on the lung． Based on these，we established the basic therapeutic principle that was supplementing the vital energy，invigorating blood circulation，wanning the lung and reducing sputum．And according to the theory of extemal treatment tO internal organic disease，we formulated the Jianfei Plaster，which was stuck onto the special acupoints，to explore the effect on recurrence of the infantile asthma of it and its mechanism through clinical research on 60 patients with infantile asthma．All patients were divided into two groups．One treated by Jianfei Plaster were treatment group and the other treated by Ketotifen Pill were control one．The study showed that Jianfei Plaster could remarkably regulate the immune function of body， raise SOD activity in RBC，improve micro—circulation in the lung；that the effect of treatment group，which is considerably superior tO the control group，is 92．5％It is connl‘med that Jianfei Plaster have better therapeutic effect，and that the study give a new piontview of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy and medicine’S type in preventing and treating infantile asthma． Key words：Jianfei Plaster，External treatment，Infantile asthma，Clinical study 2 引 引 言 支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma)简称“哮喘”，是儿科临床一种常见病、 多发病，且近几年发病有逐步上升趋势。临床主要表现为发作性咳嗽和带有 哮鸣音的呼气性呼吸困难。本病最重要的危害是反复发作，由于其反复发作， 致使病情缠绵难愈，严重危害小儿健康及生长发育。近年来对本病的基础理
