国产与进口瑞格列奈联合二甲双肌缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的 成本■效果分析 张翠兰丁萌杨立娜 (河北涿州市医院内分泌科 河北 涿州072750) 【摘 要】FI的：比较国产与进口瑞格列奈联合二甲双弧缓释片治疗2型糖 尿病的成本及效果，为临床提供经济有效的治疗方案。方法：选取我院收治的 90例2型糖尿病作为研究对象，分为2组，A组46例给予国产瑞格列奈联合二 甲双脈缓释片、B组44例给予进口瑞格列奈联合二甲双弧缓释片进行治疗，观 察疗效和降糖费用，釆用药物经济学中的成本■效果分析法(CEA)进行分析。结 果：2组给药方案治疗2型糖尿病的效果相近，但进口药物组使用的费用比国产 组明显升高。结论：国产药物组比进口药物组具有较好的成本?效果比，是一种 经济有效的2型糖尿病治疗方案。 【关键词】2型糖尿病；瑞格列奈,国产与进口；成本■效果分析 【屮图分类号1R587.1 【文献标识码]B 【文章编号11003-5028(2015 ) 6-0494-02 Cost-effectiveness analysis of domestic vs Imported repaglinide combined with sustained-release tablets of metformin for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus ZHANG Cui-la n, DING Me ng, YANG Li-na (Department of Endocrinology ,Zhuo Zhou Hospital, Zhuo Zhou 072750, China) 【Abstract] Objective： Comparison of domestic and imported repaglinide combined with sustained?release tablets of metformin in treating type 2 diabetes cost and effectiveness, and to provide a cost-effective treatment options.Methods： Choose 90 patiens with type 2 diabetic patients as the research object, divided into 2 groups, Group A of 46 cases were received domestic repaglinide combined with sustained-release tablets of metformin, Group B (44 cases) were received imported repaglinide treatment combined with sustaineckrelease tablets of metformin, observe the therapeutic effect and glucose-lowering cost ,and use the cost-effectiveness analysis in Pharmacoeconomics (CEA) for analysis. Results： The therapeutic effect are similar between the two groups, but cost of imported drug group was significantly higher than the domestic group.
