j邑塞交通太堂亟±堂僮j金塞 j邑塞交通太堂亟±堂僮j金塞 △垦墨!壁△堡至 AB STRACT ABSTRACT:The study of burnout has aroused the interest of both researchers and practitioners since the concept was first proposed.the study which aims to explore the antecedent vailables of job burnout has always been a research priority.And the research of the relations between the personality factors and job burnout is the focus of the study. The goal of our research is also to explore the relations between the personality factors and job burnout,this study is form a new perspective which from the perspective of personality types to anlyze job burnout with the MBTI theory and MBTI measurement scales and job burnout measurement scales. The study investigates the operators in a production—oriented enterprise,and uSes the MBTI to carry on the study from the internal cause of personality type.After the classification and comparison of operatorspersonality type and the analysis and discussion of the reason of operators’job burnout from different personality type,we got the conclusion as follows: 1.Through the actual investigation and statistical analysis,we found that personality type of ISTJ、ENTJ、ESTJ and ENFJ is main types among the operators.And in a single dimension level,the operators who belong to the TJ type al e more than other Type ofportfolio. 2.For the subjects’charateristics such as sex and marital status,there is little difference among different personality type.But for the age,educational background and seniority,there is significant difference in the three dimension ofjob burnout. 3.The personality type has significant forecast effect to job burnout.Especially, the introversion and extroversion has the significant difference in every latitudes of job burnout.The operators who are extroversion feel job burnout much less.For the other three personality types,there are also differences ofjob burnout.
