ABSTRACT
Cutting equipment processing is the most important part in the processing of flexible materials.Meanwhile,cutting CNC system of flexible material as the core technology of cutting equipment,is moving towards flexibility,high efficiency and precision.This paper focuses on the analysis algorithm of process information,processing algorithm of small line group,velocity planning algorithm of flexible acceleration and deceleration,interpolation algorithm,tangent following algorithm and motion smooth processing algorithm.The aim is to develop a high performance CNC system of flexible material with independent intellectual
property rights.
During the analysis of the flexible material PLT processing file,both the optimization algorithm of trajectory smoothing and the algorithm of generating process information adaptively according to different processing conditions are proposed based on the basis analysis of trajectory information.The results will provides effective data for the calculation of the following motion control algorithm.
To the phenomenon of a large number of small consecutive lines contained in the file,it puts forward the solution ofNURBS fitting,and establishes the mathematical model well. Meanwhile,the fitting permission conditions and the piecewise fitting method also
confirmed.The algorithm optimized the capacity of dealing tool path the CNC system.
By analyzing the characteristics of standard S shape velocity curve,the optimization algorithm named dichotomy for solving formula in oder to improve calculation efficiency is proposed while establishes the mathematical model of solving maximum velocity during the
process of ACC/DEC.Then,the hybrid curve look—ahead algorithm is put forward based on
the velocity constraint model about connection point between two curves,which improves the processing efficiency of the CNC system obviously.
