基于J2EE架构的Struts手术室外来器械库存管理系统的应用 研究 广东省佛山市三水区人民医院感染科528100 【摘 要】目的掌握外来手术器械管理现状，评价J2EE架构的Struts手术室外 來器械库存管理系统管理效果。方法 对2013年7月一2014年6月医院实行J2EE 架构的Struts手术室外来器械库存管理系统管理前的819件外来手术器械为对照 组；2014年7月一2015年6月实行J2EE架构的Struts手术室外来器械库存管理 系统管理后的927件外來手术器械为观察组，对外来手术器械使用流程屮存在的 缺陷和管理效果进行分析。结果结合外来手术器械在器械在数量清查、器械消 毒质量等方面的问题，观察组的合格率为99.46%,高于对照组的92.92%,两组 比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)o观察组不合格的原因主要为消毒不合格； 而对照组不合格的原因为数量缺失、监测记录缺失、消毒不合格等。结论采用 J2EE架构的Struts手术室外來器械库存管理系统是对外來手术器械质量管理的有 效手段，有助于建立持久有效的、科学的、规范的外來手术器械质控机制。 【关键词】手术室器械；器械管理；Struts Application of Struts based on J2EE architecture for the inventory management system of foreign instruments Lian g-aimei lian gxiaoyan (Department of Infection, Sanshui District Peopleprime;s Hospital of Fuoshan City in Guangdong Province, Fuoshan) [Abstract]Objective To master the current situation of the management of foreign surgical instruments, Evaluation of the J2EE architecture of the Struts operation room external device inventory management system management effect.Methods In 2013.07 ndash; 2014.06 the hospital to implement the J2EE architecture of the Struts operation room external equipment inventory management system before the management of 819 foreign surgical instruments for the control group； In 2014.07 ndash; 2015.06implementation of the J2EE architecture Struts operation room external equipment inventory management system for the management of 927 foreign surgical instruments for the observation group, Analysis of defects and management effect in the process of using external surgical instruments.Results Combined with the problems in the quantity check of the instrument and the quality of the instrument disinfection, The qualified rate of observation group was 99.46%, higher than 92.92% of the control group.The differenee between the two groups was statistically sign讦icant (Plt;0.01) .The reasons for the failure of the observation group were mainly the unqualified disinfection； While the control group is not qualified because of the lack of quanti
